    工程位于北京金融街中心区，建筑高度68.8m、建筑层数18层、标准层高3.20m，主体结构采用钢筋混凝土框架剪力墙。该工程是集商业、文化、体育、酒店和地下交通为一体的建筑综合体，较好地解决了城市中心区的区域交通问题。

    The Hotel lies in the central area of Finance St. in Beijing. The 18-storied building is 68.8m high, with a standard storey height of 3.20m. Its main body is framed steel-concrete shear wall structure. It is a synthetic building integrated with shops, cultural facilities, sports club, hotel and subsurface communications, resolving the regional traffic problems in downtown area of the city.
